Direct Consultations: Participation in this tier is reserved exclusively for select clients and is available striDefined Scopes: We do not use self-checkout links for this tier. All engagements are executed on a project-by-project basis, governed by a mutually approved and signed Statement of Work (SOW).

Explicit Deliverables: Your custom SOW will outline clear technical milestones, concrete graphic or data delivery counts, and transparent implementation schedules before any invoice is issued.

TRANSACTION & SERVICE DELIVERY TIMELINES

Milestone Schedule: Service fulfillment, strategy sessions, and asset reporting follow the exact calendar dates agreed upon in your signed SOW.

Proactive Status Reports: Clients receive structured digital updates at the completion of each project phase to ensure full alignment with the custom scope.

MERCHANT COMPLIANCE & REFUND POLICY

Digital Rocket Boy partners with Whop.com to safely process online credit and debit card transactions. Direct bank ACH payments are handled independently by Digital Rocket Boy.

Because our Private Client consulting hours, asset configurations, and operational strategies require significant up-front administrative allocation and manual resource deployment, all fees are committed upon milestone initiation. Transactions processed for active development phases are fully non-refundable once work commences under the parameters of your signed Statement of Work.
