Scope of Services & Business Model
Manual Deliverables: Digital Rocket Boy operates strictly as a consultation-first, boutique provider of manual, fixed-scope digital listing optimization, profile maintenance, consulting hours, and press distribution services.
Fixed Scopes: All client engagements are managed manually following a direct brand eligibility analysis and personal consultation.
Invoice-Based Billing: All official transactions are executed via secure, itemized direct invoices issued directly to qualified clients. We do not use automatic recurring billing subscriptions or automated software access.
Merchant of Record Disclosure & Payments
Whop Partnership: For all credit and debit card transactions, Digital Rocket Boy partners securely with Whop.com.
Official MoR: Whop acts as the official Merchant of Record (MoR) for these transactions, managing payment security, financial compliance, and card processing protocols on our behalf.
ACH Payments: Direct bank ACH payments are handled and processed independently by Digital Rocket Boy.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Finality of Sales: Because our consultation hours, profile configurations, custom creative designs, and press distribution campaigns involve immediate, manual labor allocation and irreversible third-party syndication network fees, all sales are final once service delivery, custom production, or network submission has commenced. In the rare event that a premium network editor rejects a media submission and an equivalent alternative placement cannot be secured, a full refund will be issued for that specific placement fee.
Pre-Fulfillment Cancellations: If a client requests a cancellation after paying an invoice but before any manual audit, consultation, optimization work, or media formatting has begun, a refund may be issued. Approved card payment refunds will be processed through our Merchant of Record, Whop.com.
Intellectual Property & Trademarks
Exclusive Ownership: All text, custom graphics, brand names, visual layouts, original source structures, and marketing assets displayed on this website or delivered as part of our G-Lens, Social Lens, Web Architect, or Omni Media Launchpad services are the exclusive intellectual property of Digital Rocket Boy, unless otherwise noted.
Usage Restrictions: These materials are protected under copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, simulate, or modify our assets without express prior written permission.
