Refund, Cancellation & Fulfillment Policy

Digital Rocket Boy (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates as a consultation-first, business-to-business marketing provider. Because our specialized local visibility, public relations, and web architecture services are highly individualized and labor-intensive, all project lifecycles are governed by the following Fulfillment, Cancellation, and Refund terms:

Scope of Service & Fulfillment Timelines

G-Lens & Social Lens Services: Creative development, profile audits, graphic layouts, and caption development begin immediately upon receipt of invoice payment. All custom marketing assets and profile maintenance deliverables are fully executed and delivered to the client within the active 30-day billing cycle.

Web Architect Services: Structural wireframing, platform layout development, and landing page engineering are executed strictly within the active 30-day billing cycle outlined in your custom project invoice.

Media Omnipresence Services: The copywriting, strategic editorial alignment, and technical formatting of media assets take place within the active billing cycle. Once a media release or multi-media expansion asset is formally approved by the client and submitted to our third-party distribution networks, syndication fees are instantly committed, and the campaign moves into a non-refundable fulfillment status.

Month-to-Month Cancellation Policy

We believe in absolute client flexibility. All core services are offered on a flexible, month-to-month basis with zero long-term commitments, automatic renewals, or forced contracts.

No Auto-Renewal: We do not utilize automated recurring billing or auto-drafting software. You will never be charged automatically

Pausing or Stopping Service: To stop or pause your service for an upcoming month, simply decline or do not pay the upcoming invoice issued by our team. If you decide to halt an active campaign midway through a paid 30-day cycle, active project management will cease immediately at your request, but past payments for that active cycle are non-refundable.

Refund & Dispute Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, the immediate allocation of custom creative labor, and the non-refundable third-party fees charged by our distribution networks, Digital Rocket Boy does not offer refunds once work has commenced.

Pre-Fulfillment Window: If an invoice is paid but no discovery call, business audit, or asset drafting has begun, you may request a 100% refund within 48 hours of payment.

Service Dissatisfaction: If you believe a deliverable does not match the agreed-upon scope of work outlined in your initial invoice, we commit to an exclusive revision period within the active 30-day billing cycle to align the project assets with your professional expectations.

Direct Invoicing Terms

All transactions are executed via secure, itemized direct invoices sent directly to your email. By paying an invoice issued by Digital Rocket Boy, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the scope of work outlined in that invoice, as well as the terms of this Refund, Cancellation, and Fulfillment Policy.
